Anne was fortunate to grow up in an artistic environment where all forms of art were encouraged and supported. She started her formal education as a music major. After her twin boys left for college, she began to pursue her art in an immersive way including opening creativeLAB as a studio and gallery.

She is now a multi-media artist whose life's challenges have pushed her to grow beyond her first love of beads and fiber. Color is Anne's passion and she "mixes paint" with beads, fibers, clay, leather, metal, and even digital art.
